This is an overview of how the installation will work within the chosen space (Drama room).
The room will be organised symmetrically, with seating on either side. The apparatus will be located in the middle and will be hidden from view. This is because I intend to reinforce Plato's idea of a 'hidden' realm. However I understand that hiding the apparatus will not prevent the viewer(s) from discovering it, thus the viewer(s) become something similar to that of Plato's escaped prisoner.

My projection will be accompanied by sound, which will be emitted from large speakers on either side of the projection, they will also be away from the viewer(s') sight.
We tried throwing the projected image onto a dark background however this was rather unsuccessful as it made the image seem dull.
This was combatted by drawing back the white curtain, which provided a more suitable surface for projection.
The projector will be kept at ground level. This is practical due to being away from direct sight, therefore it does not distract the viewer(s) from the projected image.
